Fantastic workout

I am so freaking happy with my workout this morning, I was going to do a variation of Gina's Summer Shape up but I forgot the workout at home.

I had a slice of Ezekial Cinnamon Raisin toast with 1TB TJ's Almond Butter and took off.

Warmup: 1 mile @ 7:47 2 minute cooldown

Pullups w/ assist
: 2x10 @ 30lbs of assist, last set I did negatives which I love because you can just feel the burn. 1x10 @ 50lbs of assist.

DB concentration curls
3x10 (each side) @ 15lbs

DB pullovers 3x10 @ 20lbs

Cardio burst: 1 mile @ 6:59 3 minute cooldown

Back Extensions
: 3x15 w/ 10lb weight

Cable curl : 3x10 w/ 50lbs

Bicycle crunches
: 3x25

Cardio: Run 5k (3.1mi) @ 23:52 + 5 minute cooldown.

I feel fantastic now and am so happy with how I pushed myself.

Currently Eating: 1 Green Monster

1 scoop ON chocolate whey protein powder
1 cup unsweetened Almond Breeze
1 frozen banana
2 cups of spinach (out of it now, sadness)
1.5 TB Adam's crunchy PB

3/4 cup of Cantaloupe

DH had a sip of my GM and said, hmmm not bad at all. LOL, maybe I'll get him hooked.

Okay off to shower and get ready!! I was going to post Debra's time for the RNR Seattle half marathon but the site is down!

Song of the workout: Pitbull - I Know You Want Me (Calle Ocho) I pulled this up when I needed to push my pace, it always does the trick.
